You will receive your participant pass upon arrival at the front desk in the lobby of Championdoor Arena. The pass will be picked up under your organization's name.

PARKING

Parking is arranged in Championdoor Arena's parking lots. On the morning of the event, there will be signs and traffic controllers on site.

FOOD AND SERVICE

Catering is provided by Ravintola Puustelli.

  • 9:00 a.m. Morning coffee and breakfast
  • 12:00 p.m. Lunch
  • 3:30 p.m. Afternoon coffee
  • 6:00 p.m. Burger buffet (for evening ticket holders)

All food served is lactose-free. Please notify us of any food allergies or special dietary requirements when registering.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN JOIN THE PARTNER BOOTH?

The Basic and Premium booths include four (4) seminar and evening event tickets.

If there are fewer than four participants, you can share the booth with another company if you wish. The person who booked the booth can update the registrants' information via the "edit group information" link in the booking confirmation.

After clicking the link, click "Start" at the top and select the desired number of participants (1–9). If there are more than four participants, additional participants can be added in the same place. Additional participant tickets (5–9) costs 50€ each (VAT 0%).

PARTNER BOOTH INSTRUCTIONS
  • The booths can be set up on the previous day, Wednesday, August 26, between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., or on the morning of the event between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. We recommend that booths to be set up no later than 9:00 a.m. on the morning of the event, when the exhibition opens.
  • Exhibitors have their own break room in the café next to the lobby. The break room is available throughout the event. The location of the break room is marked on the event area map.
  • Exhibitors also have access to a numbered storage room where they can store their exhibition materials during the event.
DISMANTLING OF THE BOOTHS AFTER THE EVENT
  • Partner stands may be dismantled at the end of the day event from 6 p.m. onwards or at the end of the evening event by 10.30 p.m. at the latest.
  • Stands may also be dismantled on the following day, Friday 28 August, between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m.
